Ipswich City Council were about to undertake the largest Road Construction projects in their history (not managed by TMR staff). They realised the gaps they had in their team and in May of 2022 they contacted 4020 Consult to engage the right project delivery team.

The Result
4020 Consult project professionals have worked across both major road projects concurrently. The teams have provided Project Management, Project Engineering, Contracts Administration, Stakeholder Management and Site Supervision on behalf of Ipswich City Council overseeing the works delivered by BMD and Allroads. Works are ongoing and progressing in line with program and other KPIs. It is envisaged that our team will move onto the final stage of works later in 2024.
