4020 Consult was tasked with sourcing a team of professionals across Commercial, Contracts, Cost and Planning functions for the project in a very short timeframe. The 4020 team was led by Joel Martin with the support of Sharon Wood. 4020’s success standing up this project team was a result of the close relationship between Joel, Sharon and JukesTodd. Joel spent time in the JukesTodd office so intimately understood the project demands and the clients requirements then used his extensive network to source best fit professionals within a short timeframe.
The Project
Over an 18 month period the team worked through Pre-Feasibility onto Definitive Feasibility to ascertain if an investment of $1BN+ in Civil, Process and Non Process Infrastructure was a viable economic decision. Once the project team was in place Joel and Sharon committed to regular contact including check in calls, morning teas and wellbeing get togethers that ensured 100% staff retention until completion of the definitive feasibility study.
